Pablo has started two non-profits dedicated to youth  development. He believes that having youth input when constructing projects is key  to their success. Pablo practices yoga on a regular basis and it continues to shape and  contribute to his well-being.

Abby Wills, MA, brings her passion for democratic education and deep respect for the tradition of yoga to Shanti Generation. For over a decade, Abby has joyfully guided youth and teachers in movement arts, mindfulness and yoga.  Abby’s approach to yoga for youth and teachers is informed by studies in social justice and developmental education at Pacific Oaks College. Having led teacher’s training courses internationally, Abby is delighted to share her experience through the creation of the Shanti Generation Facilitators Training.

Michael has been doing yoga for 10 years and loves it! Yoga makes him feel alive and healthy, and teaches him how to respect his body and calm his mind.  He is grateful for the opportunity to share yoga with adolescents everywhere.

Jose Delgado

Co-Director


Jose became a Yogi instructor 7 years ago studying Sivananda and has come to understand Yoga as a way of life.  Yoga has given Jose insight on making choices, believing in himself and trusting himself to do the right thing.

Jennie Shafer, MA, has always had a passion for children and their families. Her grandmother was an early childhood specialist and Jennie followed in these powerful footsteps. She has been a parent consultant for the last 6 years and a therapeutic companion to children who have various special needs and a dedicated yoga teacher. Jennie works along side with teachers, directors and parents. Jennie has her Masters in Human Development from Pacific Oaks College with a Minor in Social Change.

Cindi Cnop, is the proud mother of two teens  ages 18 and 15 who she considers her gurus. Through her work with the Just Think Foundation she became passionate about empowering youth through media education. She is passionate about empowering youth through media education and mindfulness practices which include yoga, meditation and celebrating everyday life. A yogi who continues on the path of teaching and studying she has worked extensively with youth as well as pre and post natal mothers.

Trish Winum is a senior medical device sales specialist who can often be found volunteering in her community. Trish co-founded the Goettingen Neighbors Group where she has a key leadership role in community building, grant-writing and volunteer project management; this grassroots organization has transformed a San Francisco hillside into a thriving neighborhood garden. She is responsible for orchestrating the annual auction event at her daughter’s cooperative preschool.
